• Document Uploads: NI 43-101 technical reports or other files provided for benchmarking and analysis.
• Cookies & Tokens: Used to authenticate sessions, save user preferences, and improve system performance.
• Support Correspondence: Records of support tickets, emails, or chat messages with our team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Deliver and maintain the AiMinr platform

We do not share sensitive uploaded content publicly or with third parties without your explicit consent. However, de-identified and aggregate insights may be derived and shared.

8. False Submissions and Legal Responsibility

By using AiMinr, you affirm that the information and files you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent content may result in account suspension or legal consequences.

9. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the AiMinr platform. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
